沙格司亭治疗白细胞减少症34例

Leukine for Treating Leukopenia in 34 Cases

目的观察沙格司亭治疗白细胞减少症的临床效果,探讨优化治疗白细胞减少症的有效方法。方法将34例白细胞减少症患者平均分为治疗组和对照组,对照组患者服用普通提升白细胞的药物,治疗组患者使用集落刺集因子类药物沙格司亭,每隔一段时间对全部患者进行血常规检查,测定白细胞数目,比较分析两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后5 d,10 d,15 d的白细胞数量分别为(3.83±0.76)×109/L,(4.21±0.49)×109/L(,4.54±1.10)×109/L,与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙格司亭疗效明显,可作为治疗白细胞减少症的有效药物在临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the using of Leukine treating leukopenia in 34 cases and to provide reference methods for optimizing the effective treatment of leukopenia.Methods Thirty-four patients suffering from leukopenia were divided into treatment group and control group,each group has 17 cases.Patients in control group take the normal drugs to enhance the number of leukocyte,and the treatment group were treated with leukine.We took blood routine examination on patients in time intervals,and measured the number of leukocyte,finally analyzed and compared with the effect of patients in two groups.Results Compared with two groups,treatment group after treating in 5,10,15 d has a significant increase in the number of leukocyte（3.83±0.76）×109/L,（4.21±0.49）×109/L,（4.54±1.10）×109/L.The difference between the two groups has a significant difference（P ≤0.05）.Conclusion Leukine has an obvious effect for leukopenia which can be used as an effective drug.It is worthy of clinical use.
