从生态的角度，用系统的观点明确学科创新生态系统的定义。提出学科知识创新的条件由创新环境、竞争合作、集群联盟、组织变革和资源共享组成。探讨了在学科创新生态系统下，学科创新生态系统知识创新机制由知识存储机制、知识流通机制和知识整合机制三种机制共同构成。

The ＂ecosystem＂ for a discipline is a complicated system consists of all the relative groups and the external environment of knowledge innovation, which the descipline is dependent upon. It is a dynamic integrated system that the cluster of internal and external factors co-constitute, co-evolve and co-develope. The article studied the conditions and mechanisms for knowledge innovation of the ecosystem.
