摘要 水库汛限水位动态控制对防洪与兴利蓄水都十分重要。文中以碧流河水库为工程背景,首先用泄流能力约束法和防洪预报调度方式,确定了水库汛限水位动态控制域上限,然后又阐述了实时预蓄预泄法的基本思想和数学描述,最后以碧流河水库2005年"8.8"洪水实际调度为背景,介绍了该方法的实时应用过程。结果表明,该方法具有较强的可操作性,可为我国北方其他调节性好的水库的实时防洪调度提供借鉴。 Dynamic operation on reservoir normal elevation in flood season (RNES) is very important for both flood control and water conservancy. Taking Biliuhe Reservoir as backg;round, this paper determines the upper dynamic operating range of RNES using spill capacity constrained and forecast flood control methods. Then, it gives a detailed description on the idea and mathematical equation of real-time pre-discharge & pre-storage method. Finally, it introduces the main steps of pre-discharge & pre-storage method while operating flood "8.8"in 2005. The application shows that the methods are feasible and can be referenced by other reservoirs.
