摘要
随着铁路危险货物运输需求的日益增长,伴随着整个运输环节的包装成为保障运输安全的关键问题。首先就以往发生的铁路危险货物运输包装失效事故案例进行分析,归纳其中存在的主要问题,然后对可能导致事故发生的固有或潜在危险源进行粗辨识,并根据轨迹交叉理论将这些危险因素归纳分类。针对铁路危险货物现状问题及危险源分类结果,提出了可行的包装安全对策,对预防包装失效具有重要意义。
With the growing demand for dangerous goods of rail transportation, packaging is the most important issue of transport safety protection, which is with the entire transport link. Firstly, this article analyzed the previous occurrence of the railway transport of dangerous goods packing failure accident cases, summarized the main problems, and fuzzy identified inherent or potential risk factors which may lead to accident. According to Crossover theory, this article categorized risk factors which causing package failure, then presented a viable packaging safety measures, and this is of great significance for package failure prevention.
