目前,船舶建造企业将海洋工程装备建造作为新的利润增长点,需要引进各类人才,高等职业教育培养生产一线的技术应用性人才的特点,可以很好地满足海洋工程建造产业现场管理、操作人才的需求,海工专业人才的培养方案应从课程体系设置、课程改革、实训室、实践基地建设以及师资队伍建设等方面着手进行。

Presently, the construction of ocean engineering equipment and facilities has become the new profit-making sector of ship-building enterprises, which necessitates the recruit of talents of various fields.
