摘要
巴什托石炭系巴楚组油藏油层中部压力系数为1.97,属超高压地层。其渗透率分布范围为(0.01~1000)×10-3μm2,峰值区间为(1~10)×10-3μm2,平均值12.89×10-3μm2,为低渗油藏。在低渗透率条件下,射孔能量释放空间小,射孔压力不能够得到快速扩散,管柱震动大,封隔器易失封。通过对BK9井射孔工艺及完井管柱进行优化,确保了试油一次成功,为同类高压低渗油藏的完井工艺提供了技术依据。
The pressure coefficient in the mid layer of Bachu Formation reservoirs in Bashituo carbonifemu system stands at 1.97 suggesting it an ultrahigh pressure stratunx It's also a low permeable reservoir featuring permeability range between 0. 01 to 1000× 10^-3μm^2 with the peak ranging from 1 to 10×10^-3μm^2 and an average value at 12. 89 ×10^-3 μm^2. Under low permeability, there is limited room for perforation to release energy which leads to slow spread of pressure , fierce column vibration and further the failure in packer sealing. This paper has improved perforation techniques and completion columns for BK9 well to make sure the successful formation testing at first try which provides technical support for completion of similar reservoirs.
