On Boosting the Young Volunteer Campaign in Jianghan Oilfield Communities

社区青年志愿服务是青年志愿者行动的重中之重,也是油田青少年参与群众性精神文明建设的重要途径。只有坚持服务内容、服务方式的不断创新与机制建设双向带动,努力探索出一整套适应油田多层次保障体制的社区志愿服务工作体系,既整合青少年力量又带动社区居民,既发挥组织优势又利用社区资源,既创造新的服务方式又以健康机制促进各种有效方式持续发展,油田社区青年志愿服务才能走上社会化运作、规范化建设的轨道。

As a crucial part of young volunteers＂ campaign, community volunteering services is an important approach for teenagers in Jianghan Oil Field to take part in the grassroots effort in developing culture and civilization. To develop the youth community services into a regulated social movement, we have to keep innovating the service contents and forms under the guidance of institution improvement in order to work out a set of community volunteering service system in line with the multi--layer social security system in oil field which will coordinate the teenager forces with local residents, make full use of social resources and authorities, and create new services while safeguarding the sustainable development of effective methods by devising mature institutions.
