关于加强生产一线党员教育管理的思考

Pondering over Strengthening Educational Management of Party Members Working in the Front Line of Production

生产一线的党员是推动企业各项生产经营任务完成的骨干力量,也是基层党组织密切联系群众的中坚支柱。近年来,随着形势的变化,生产一线党员队伍也悄然发生了巨大的变化,如何加强生产一线党员的教育管理引起笔者的关注和思考。我们应正视存在的新问题,采取措施加以改进,发挥好生产一线党员的先锋模范作用,推动企业的健康发展。

Basic level Party members play a main role in completing all production tasks of an enterprise and also in roots Party organizations＂ close connection with the masses. However, huge changes have silently taken place in them with the changing situation in recent years, which leads to the authors＂ concern and reflection on how to strengthen their education and management. The authors suggest that we face new existing problems and take measures to mend them, and at the same time, give play to the role of roots Party members＂ vanguard and example to promote an enterprise＇s sound development.
