建立健全、规范和适用的管理制度体系,构建特色管理模式是油田"管理提升年"活动的重要主题之一。在职工培训中心积极实施制度创新,探索符合自身特点的管理模式、实施文本化管理、提升基础管理水平、完善管理制度体系的做法等方面的内容进行了探讨。

One of the major themes of the Management Improving Campaign this year in Jianghan Oil Field is to establish full--fledged management standards and a distinctive management pattern. Against this backdrop, this paper discussed how to implement institutional innovation from the perspective of Vocational Training Center of Jianghan Petroleum Administration on advices of creating a suitable management pattern and documenting every managing bebavior to improve basic management levels and institutions.
