动态液相微萃取—气相色谱法测自来水中挥发性卤代烃

Determination of volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in running water using dynamic liquid-phase microextraction/gas chromatography

摘要 应用动态液相微萃取-气相色谱联用技术建立了自来水中挥发性卤代烃(四氯化碳、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯)的快速分析方法.考察了萃取溶剂、溶剂体积、萃取次数、水样pH值和离子强度对液相微萃取的影响.该方法三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯的线性范围为10~50μg.L-1,四氯化碳的线性范围5.0~60μg.L-1,回收率80.2%~104.0%,相对标准偏差为2.6%~7.2%,检出限0.5~4.7μg.L-1. A new method for the determination of three Volatile Halogenated Hydrocarbons(carbon tetrachloride,trichloroethylene and tetrachloroethene) in running water has been developed using dynamic liquid-phase micro-extraction and gas chromatography.Experimental conditions that affected the liquid-phase micro-extraction such as extraction solvents,solvent volumes,extraction times,pH and ion intensity were optimized.Linearity were found in ranges of 10 μg·L-1 to 50 μg·L-1 for trichloroethylene and tetrachloroethene,and 5.0~ 60 μg·L-1 for carbon tetrachloride.The recoveries were between 80.2% and 104.0%.Relative standard deviations ranged from 2.6% to 7.2%.The detection limits were in the range of 0.5 μg·L-1 to 4.7 μg·L-1.
