粤北农村体育工作困境与强化新农村体育建设的对策

Dilemma of rural sports and the strengthening sports countermeasures on new rural construction in the north of Guangdong

采用实地调查法、文献资料法、访谈法及分析归纳等方法,从社会经济、体育组织结构与网络、基础设施等角度分析了粤北地区体育工作的困境,提出了在新农村建设的背景下建立经费保障机制、建全体育组织机构与网络、配置专兼职体育干部、利用学校体育资源和开展特色体育项目等发展农村体育工作对策.

By the field investigation,documents and materials,interviews、analysis and induction,this article analysed the dilemma of sports in the north of Guangdong from the perspective of socio-economic,sports organization and network and infrastructure,put forward to such countermeasures as establishing mechanism of ensureing funding、improving the sports organizations and network、configurating the full-time and part-time sports cadres、making use of the sports resources in schools and carrying out the featured sports events for developing the rural sports.
