300例小切口白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术的临床分析

Clinical Observation of Manual Small-incision Cataract-implantation of Artificial Lens Surgery with 300 Cases Report

目的观察小切口白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术治疗白内障的临床疗效。方法对2007-01-2010-06间,在我院住院病例300例334眼行小切口白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术,观察其术后视力及并发症。结果术后1 d、1周、3个月矫正视力（0.5者和≥0.5者分别为91眼（27.25%）、63眼（18.86%）、37眼（11.08%）和243眼（72.75%）、271眼（81.14%）、297眼（88.92%）。术中并发症后囊膜破裂14眼（占4.19%）,有5眼经处理后囊袋内植入人工晶体,9眼植入睫状沟。术后并发症主要有角膜水肿、巩膜炎症反应、前房出血、瞳孔轻度变形、眼高压,术后1 d、1周、3个月发生率分别11.98%、3.89%、0.89%、0.29%、3.29%和0、0、0、0.29%、2.39%和0、0、0、0.29%、0.89%。结论小切口白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术,手术切口小、损伤小、术后散光少、手术操作较简单,疗效可靠,可在基层医院广泛开展。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of manual small-incision cataract surgery-implantation of artificial lens.Methods Manual small-incision cataract-implantation of artificial lens surgery was performed for 300 cases and the complication was also observed.Results The corrected visual acuity less than 0.5 accounted for 27.25%,18.86%,11.08% and That equal to or better than 0.5 accounted for 72.75%,81.14%,88.92%,respectively on the 1st day,end of the 1st week and the 3rd month after-operation.During the operation,14 eyes（4.19%） had envelop rupture.The main post-operative complications such as corneal edema,scleritis inflammation,anterior chamber hyphema,pupil deformation and ocular hypertension were also occurred,accounted for 11.98%,3.89%,0.89%,0.29%,3.29% and 0,0,0,0.29%,2.39% and 0,0,0,0.29%,0.89%,respectively on the 1st day,end of the 1st week and the 3rd month post-operation.Conclusion Manual small-incision cataract-implantation of artificial lens surgery might be effective and safe.It should be carried out extensively in primary hospital.
