摘要
学风是人们在学习过程中表现出来的态度和行为,是人们思想倾向和精神面貌的一种反映。我们党历来倡导理论联系实际的马克思主义学风。学风正不正,关系党的事业的兴衰成败。目前,在一些党员干部中还存在着学风不正的问题。在学风建设上,领导干部对形成勤奋好学、学以致用的良好学风具有模范表率作用。
The academic atmosphere is the mood and atmosphere of integrating theory with practice. It divectly concerns with foe success or failure of the cause of the Party. Right now some problems that need urgent solution still exist in the academic atmosphere. The cadres lead on this issue. Therefore, it is of great significance on the 90th Foundation of CPC Commemoration.
