This paper introduces the connotation and function of library＇s tacit knowledge management,and probes into some methods for the management of college library＇s tacit knowledge from the aspects of constructing the knowledge-sharing-based cultural environment,creating the learning-type library,perfecting the incentive mechanism,building the flat organizational structure favorable for tacit knowledge sharing,and creating the blog-based tacit knowledge database,etc.
