This paper introduces the team-type management mode and operation mechanism of library＇s work-study group,analyzes some mew features of university＇s student work,holds that the work-study post in the library is a new position for exercising the ability of university students and improving the comprehensive quality of university students,and library＇s work-study group will become an important component of university＇s student work.
