在分析给水工程事故发生原因的基础上,探讨了我国给水工程事故的主客观能动预防机制。
Based on analyzing the reasons of water-supply engineering＇s accidents,this paper probes into China＇s subjective and objective active prevention mechanism for water-supply engineering＇s accidents.
