摘要
以芳香醛、芳香胺及亚膦酸二乙酯为原料,采用Mg(ClO4)2催化,高收率地一锅法合成一系列的α-氨基膦酸酯,此法适用于含有钝化基团的芳香胺的α-氨基膦酸酯合成.
A serious of α-aminophosphonates were synthesized with high yield by a one-pot reaction of arylaldehyde,aromatic-amine and diethyl phosphite using magnesium perchlorate catalyst.The synthesis involving aromatic amines with electron-withdrawing substituent is a better method.
