摘要
尝试了通过微弧氧化陶瓷化处理来提高TiAl 合金的抗高温氧化性能。结果表明, 通过微弧氧化处理能在TiAl 合金表面形成具有不同成分的陶瓷层, 但难以形成单一的Al2O3 陶瓷层。在850 ℃的氧化实验表明, 不同成分的陶瓷层对TiAl 的抗氧化性能有不同的影响, 有些陶瓷层在氧化过程中剥落, 对TiAl 的抗氧化性能无明显改善; 另有一些陶瓷层与基体粘附性好, 在氧化过程不剥落,能在一定程度上提高TiAl 的抗氧化性能, 但氧仍能通过陶瓷层向内扩散, 在陶瓷层底下形成以Al2O3为主的TiO2 和Al2O3
The surface ceramics treatment has been tried on TiAl alloy by means of Micro Arc Oxidation (MAO) and their effect on oxidation resistance of TiAl alloy has been investigated. The results showed that ceramic coatings with different compositions can be obtained by different process. However, it seems very different to achieve a coating with only Al 2O 3. The oxidation test at 850 ℃ in air indicated that some ceramic coatings have very good adherence to the substrate, so they can effectively reduce the oxidation rate of TiAl, and in this situation, Al 2O 3 and TiO 2 mixture formed between the ceramic coatings and TiAl alloy may be due to the inward diffusion of oxygen through ceramic coatings.
