浅谈新形势下的高校就业法制教育工作机制建设

The Construction of Employment Law Education and Work Mechanism under the New Situation

针对新形势下高校毕业生求职就业时存在的常见法律问题,在分析高校就业法制教育工作缺失的基础上,提出了关于从就业法制知识普及、就业法律问题发现、就业法律困难援助、就业法制教育保障等四方面建立健全高校就业法制教育工作机制的构想。

under the new situation of common employment legal problems existing among college graduates,this paper is based on the analysis of the lack of the university employment law education work,and puts forward the idea of perfecting universities employment law and education work mechanism in 4 aspects：employment law popularization,employment problems found,employment law assistance,employment law education guarantee.
