On the Service Model of Elderly Welfare by Volunteers

高校要积极为大学生德育实践项目搭建德育实践平台,根据护理专业学生自身优势拟建立"老年福利院义务护理服务模式",以"二助一"式经常性志愿服务为主要形式,以组织活动方式的创新促进大学生志愿者形成良性循环的服务新模式,倡行"奉献他人、提升自己"的助人自助理念。

Colleges and universities should take an active role in building up a platform for moral practice of their students.For instance,for students majoring in nursing,a voluntary nursing service mode can be set up in the Social Welfare Institution for the Aged in light of students＇ own professional advantages.This new mode should take the frequent voluntary service ＂ Two Helping One＂ as its main form accompanying with the innovation in organizing activities so as to make college students＇ voluntary service a virtuous circle,thus promoting the idea of ＂Helping Others to Help Themselves ＂.
