城乡二元结构困局是当前阻碍城乡经济一体化、实现和谐社会构建的重要难题。因受多重因素影响,环三都澳区域城乡二元结构差异较大,成为阻碍环三都澳区域经济发展的重要因素。该区域乡村旅游资源赋存度较高、特色鲜明且民俗文化内涵丰富。通过乡村旅游发展模式,实现环三都澳区域农村地区经济、社会和文化事业的发展,并最终实现该区域城乡之间二元结构困局的破解。

The predicament of urban-rural dual structure is the critical problem that holds back the integrity of rural and urban area and the construction of harmonious society.It hinders the economic development of Huansanduao region.However,there are abundant rural tourism resources and special folk culture.The economy,society and culture can be developed by its rural tourism industry to solve the predicament of the urban-rural dual structure in this region.
