摘要
通过对宁波科技型企业的深度访谈和实地调查,运用结构方程的方法对自主创新影响因素进行定量分析,揭示了各影响因素对科技型企业自主创新的影响程度及要素间的关联关系,提出了提升科技型企业自主创新能力对策与建议。
Based on extensive investigation on and intensive interview with Ningbo Sci-tech enterprises,this paper makes quantitative analysis on factors of independent innovation of Sci-tech enterprises by structure equation model.Then,it reveals its affecting extent and correlations among factors.Finally,it gives some suggestion on independent innovation of domestic Sci-tech enterprises.
