X RAY POWDER DIFFRACTION DATA AND RIETVELD REFINEMENT FOR RARE EARTH COMPOUND ErCoSn

报道了ＥｒＣｏＳｎ 的Ｘ 射线粉末衍射数据， 并运用Ｒｉｅｔｖｅｌｄ 法对Ｘ 射线衍射谱进行了精化。ＥｒＣｏＳｎ 是正交结构， 空间群Ｐｎｍａ ， ａ ＝ ７ ．１３４１ ?， ｂ＝ ４ ．５０４５ ?， ｃ＝ ７ ．４６１ １ ?， Ｖ＝ ２３９ ．７７ ?３ ， Ｄｘ ＝９ ．５５３ｇ·ｃｍ － ３ ， Ｚ＝ ４ ， Ｒｐ ＝ １１ ．４８ ％ ， Ｒｗｐ ＝ １４ ．８４ ％ ， 品质因数Ｆ３０ ＝ ５２（０ ．００９３ ，６２） 。

The X ray diffraction data of ErCoSn has been reported and the XRD pattern was refined by Rietveld method. The compound ErCoSn is orthorhombic with space group Pnma(62), a =7.134 1 ?, b =4.504 5 ?, c =7.461 1 ?, V =239.77 ? 3, D x=9.553 g·cm -3 and Z=4 formula units per cell. The R factors R p=11.48%, R wp =14.84% and the figure of merit F 30 =52(0.009 3, 62) were obtained.
