淮南市美沙酮门诊吸毒者艾滋病知识及相关行为特征分析

Analysis of AIDS Knowledge And The Related Behavior Characteristics Among The Drug Addicts who took Methadone Maintenance Out-patient Treatment In Huainan City

目的了解美沙酮维持治疗门诊的吸毒者对艾滋病相关知识知晓情况以及相关危险行为特征,为制定有针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法 2010年8～11月,采用统一问卷对美沙酮门诊接受治疗的217名吸毒人员进行调查,收集其人口学、吸毒行为、性行为和血液及尿液检测结果等方面的信息进行分析。结果门诊吸毒人员艾滋病知识的总知晓率为87.65%;丙型肝炎阳性率72.35%,梅毒阳性率4.15%;10.75%的吸毒者与他人共用过注射器;12.07%的吸毒者曾有过商业性行为,33.33%的人从未使用过安全套;有退出史的比例占22.58%;吗啡尿检阳性率32.63%。结论美沙酮维持治疗门诊吸毒人员中存着着艾滋病病毒感染的潜在危险,必须加强健康教育和实施行为干预。

Objective To learn the awareness status of AIDS knowledge and the related behavior characteristics among the drug addicts who took methadone maintenance out-patient treatment（MMT） In Huainan city and provide evidence for developing intervention measures.Methods 217 drug addicts who accepted treatment from August to November in 2010 in Huainan municipal MMT were investigated using united questionnaire in order to learn their information about their demographic characteristics,their drug using behavior and sexual behavior.ResultsAmong the drug addicts in Huainan municipal MMT,the overall awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 87.65%,the positive rate of Hepatitis C and syphilis was 72.35% and 4.15% respectively.10.75% of drug addicts had used shared syringes with others,12.07% had commercial sexual behaviors,33.33% had never used condoms,22.58% had ever had a withdrawal experience,and the positive rate of morphine in the urine test was 32.63%.ConclusionThere were potential risks of HIV/AIDS infection among drug addicts in MMT,so we should take the health education and implement the behavior intervention measures.
