中西医结合治疗复发性生殖器疱疹临床疗效观察

Treatment on recurrent genital herpes with integrated western and TCM treatment

目的:观察中西医结合治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的临床疗效。方法:将100例复发性生殖器疱疹患者分为两组,治疗组50例,采用知柏地黄汤加减配合穴位自血疗法、口服泛昔洛韦片治疗;对照组50例,采用口服泛昔洛韦片治疗。结果:治疗组的总有效率为98.0%;对照组总有效率为76.0%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合配合穴位自血疗法治疗复发性生殖器疱疹比单纯西药治疗治愈率更高,而且能明显降低复发率。

Objectives： To observe the therapeutic effects of integrated western and TCM treatment on genital herpes. Methods： One hundred patients of recurrent genital herpes were randomly divided into the treatment and control groups, each group including 50 patients. The treatment group was treated with Podi huang soup combined with acupuncture and Famciclovir tablets, while the control were only treated with Famciclovir. Results： The overall therapeutic efficiency rate of the treatment group is 98.0% and the rate of the control group is 76.0%, the difference between the two groups is significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The integrated TCM and western treatment can have a higher curative rate than the western treatment only, and it can significantly decrease the recurrence rate.
