摘要
以中国知识资源总库为数据来源,采用文献计量学方法对2001—2010年关于高校图书馆员素质研究论文的年代、期刊、作者分布情况进行了统计分析,探讨了该研究领域10年间的发展状况,旨在为今后提高图书馆员素质提供参考。
Taking China Knowledge Resource Integrated Database as the data sources,and by using the bibliometric method,this paper makes the statistical analysis on the years,periodicals,and authors＇distribution,etc.of the papers researching the quality of university library published during 2001-2010,and probes into the development situation of this research field in 2001-2010 for providing the reference for improving librarians＇ quality in the future.
