Understanding the Demands of Readers and Optimizing the Service for Readers——Analysis on the Questionnaire Survey of the Readers of the Library of Dongguan University of Technology

通过问卷调查方法,了解了读者利用图书馆资源、信息需求等情况,分析了东莞理工学院图书馆读者信息需求特点,对今后如何进一步提高图书馆的服务水平提出了建议。

Through questionnaire survey,this paper finds out something about readers＇ utilization of library resources and readers＇ information demands,analyzes the features of the information demands of the readers in the library of Dongguan University of Technology,and puts forward some suggestions on further improving the service quality of the library in the future.
