摘要
在大学图书馆设立勤工助学岗位是为了更好地促进了校园和谐,提高大学生的综合素质。从和谐教育理念、制度约束机制、奖惩机制、开展形式多样的活动等几方面探讨了勤工助学岗位设立的管理对策与实践经验。
Setting the work-study posts in college library is to promote campus harmony and improve the comprehensive quality of college students.This paper discusses the management countermeasures for and practical experiences of setting work-study posts from aspects of the concept of harmonious education,regulation-based restraint mechanism,rewards and punishment system,and various forms of activities,etc.
