With the rapid progress and development of computer and network technology,the library is going into a new era based on computer＇s networking management from traditional service mode based on manual management.This paper emphatically analyzes how to change library＇s concept,and puts forward the optimal variable strategy for library＇s functional localization in order to improve library＇s modern service quality.
