高校网络收费制度满意度调查与分析

Investigation and analysis on the Satisfaction for University Network Charging System

针对北京高校网络收费制度的现状,选取北京15所具有代表性的高校进行本校网络收费制度的满意度情况调查,从网络收费模式的合理性和网络中心提供的服务质量两方面入手,分析和探究了影响满意度的潜在因素。并在此基础上为校园网络收费制度提出有针对性的合理化改进建议,以推动健康的校园网络环境的形成,促进学生高效高质地使用校园网络。

IN the light of the unevenness currently existing in network charging system of Beijing＇s universities,and selecting 15 representative universities in Beijing City,this paper makes the investigation of the satisfaction for the network charging system,and starting from two aspects of the rationality of the network charging mode and the service quality of the network center,analyzes and probes into the factors influencing the satisfaction,and based on this,puts forward some corresponding suggestions on rational improvement of campus network changing system for accelerating the formation of healthy campus network environment and promoting the students to make high-effective and high-quality use of campus network.
