长治市乡镇集中供水饮水安全问题与治理对策研究

Discussion on the Drinking Water Safety in Centralized Water Supply for Rural Township in Changzhi City and Research on Control Countermeasures

农村饮水安全问题关系到广大农村人民群众的生命安全。分析了长治市水资源的特点及饮水水源的建设和监管等,总结了长治市乡镇集中供水饮水安全存在的问题,针对性地提出了加强水源保护、开展农村水安全课题研究、建立有效监管机制、拓宽融资渠道和节约用水等对策,为今后农村饮水安全建设和管理提供依据。

Rural drinking water safety problem concerns the life safety of the broad rural masses.This paper analyzes the characteristics of water resource,drinking water sources＇ construction and supervision in Changzhi City,sums up some problems existing in the Drinking water safety in centralized water supply for rural township in Changzhi City,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for strengthening the water resource protection,carrying out rural water security research,establishing effective supervision mechanism,broadening the financing channels,and promoting the water conservation,etc.for providing the basis for the future construction and supervision of rural drinking water safety.
