摘要
以某选煤厂浮选入料为研究对象,通过系统的浮选试验研究,在现有浮选工艺和设备的要求下,寻求合理的浮选加药制度。并在此基础上,针对传统浮选过程的不足,把浮选加药自动控制和可视化有机结合起来,通过PLC控制和组态界面实时监控,设计研究了浮选加药的自动控制系统,从而在保证精煤灰分指标合格的前提下,实现药剂制度优化,达到提高精煤产率、降低生产成本的目的。
Taking the flotation dosing of a certain coal preparation plant as the research object,and through the systematic study on flotation test,this paper seeks a rational flotation dosing system under the requirements of existing flotation process and equipment,and based on this,in the light of some shortages of traditional flotation process,makes the organic combination of flotation dosing automation and visualization,and through the PLC control and configuration interface real-time monitoring,designs and researches the automatic flotation dosing control system,thus realizing the optimization of dosing system and achieving the purposes of increasing the clean coal yield and reducing the production cost under the precondition of guaranteeing that the ash indexes of the clean coal is qualified.
