This paper briefly expounds the basic situation of Jinlong Coal Mine,analyzes some problems existing in electromechanical equipment＇s operation and management,and introduces in detail the coal mine＇s equipment operation and management system established by Jinlong Coal Mine,which possesses obvious economic,safety and social benefits.
