鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术41例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 41 Patients undergoing Endoscopic Nasal Septal Reconstruction

目的:探讨鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术的疗效及并发症的预防。方法:对41例鼻中隔偏曲患者实施鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术并进行临床疗效分析。结果:41例患者均一次矫正,无1例发生并发症。结论:鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术疗效满意,手术损伤小,并发症少。

Objective： To explore the of curative effect of nasal septum reconstruction by nasal endoscopes reinstruction and its complications prevention.Methods： 41 cases of nasal septum deviation patients under going endoscopic nasal septalre construction were analyzed.Results：41 cases of patients were satisfied with a reconstruction,no complication soccurred in these patients.Conclusions：The curative effect of the endoscopic nasal septum surgery is satisfactory and has the advantages of shorter operation time,fewer complications after operation.
