重型颅脑损伤患者气管切开手术时机及预后探讨

Surgery Timing and Prognosis of Trachotomy of Patients with Severe Brain Injury

目的:探讨重型颅脑损伤患者气管切开的时机及对患者预后的影响。方法:对重型颅脑损伤患者中进行气管切开的136例按切开的时机分为早切组和非早切组进行回顾性分析。结果:早切组1周后的GCS评分高于非早切组,而低氧血症、肺部感染发生率及病死率明显低于非早切组。结论:早期气管切开能明显改善重型颅脑损伤患者的预后,能降低患者的病死率和肺部感染发生率。对重型颅脑损伤患者尽早行气管切开。

Objective： To investigate patients with severe brain injury and the timing of tracheotomy on the prognosis of patients.Methods： For patients with severe traumatic brain injury cases tracheotomy incision by cutting the time divided into early morning group and the non-cut group were analyzed retrospectively.Results： As early as a week after cutting group GCS score higher than non-early cut group,and hypoxemia,pulmonary infection and mortality rates significantly lower than non-early cut group.Conclusions： Early tracheotomy can significantly improve the prognosis of patients with severe traumatic brain injury,patients can reduce mortality and the incidence of lung infection.Patients with severe head injury early tracheotomy.
