The Application and Development Principle for Metallic Rotating-drum Dust Cleaning Technology

金属转筒除尘技术采用金属滤筒,通过粉尘搭桥和控制滤筒旋转速度过滤含尘气体,同时由气刀把过滤后附着在滤筒表面的粉尘吹到集灰箱内,实现连续的除尘过程。采用这项除尘技术制造的金属转筒除尘器,已经在工程上得到应用,结合这种金属转筒除尘器设计、安装和调试的经验,提出在研制过程中要遵循的原则。

Metallic Rotating-drum dust cleaning technology adopts metal filter cartridge,filter dusty gas through dust bridging and control rotational speed of filter cartridge,air blade blow dust that attached to filter cartridge surface into dusthopper at the same time,realize continous process of dedusting.This new style dust catcher that adopt this innovative dust cleaning technology has been applied on projest.Combining design,installation and debugging experience,we put forward the principle that must be followed in development process.
