中部地区产业结构调整升级的制约因素及对策研究

An Study on Central China's Industrial Structure Upgrading and Proposals

总结中部地区三次产业总体概况后,可以看到中部地区三次产业结构面临的主要问题是产业结构协调度不够,产业升级速度缓慢,产业结构偏离度大等。中部地区经济外向性不足、资金供给不足、技术进步缓慢以及消费结构不合理等成为产业结构调整与升级的制约因素;只有抓住中部崛起战略机遇,不断推进新型工业化进程、提升对外开放水平、加强中部各省区横向合作与联系,培养中心增长极,才能促进中部地区发展。

Based on an overview of the industrial structure in Central China,this paper points out the main problems the region faces.Then the paper gives an analysis of the factors which affect and constrain the adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure in Central China.The paper,in the end,puts forward proposals for upgrading the region＇s industrial structure.
