摘要
孕妇中期妊娠胎儿轻度脑积水合并脑膜膨出以及胎儿双肾盂分离超声表现。讨论各类胎儿畸形治疗,认为其贵在早期诊断、早期处理,尽可能在20孕周前做出诊断,最晚不宜超过24孕周,为临床终止妊娠提供可靠的依据。
ultrasonic indications of fetal mild hydrocephalus combined with meningoencephalocele and fetal pyelic separation have been discussed.It is essential to diagnoze early and treat appropriately.It is desirable to make diagnosis before 20 weeks of pregnancy,latest 24 weeks of pregnancy,in order to provide reliable evidence for clinical termination of pregnancy.
