摘要
高职电类专业学生顶岗实习创新与实践课题在大量调查研究和实践的基础上,针对目前电类专业学生顶岗实习现状,通过运用分析法、案例法、比较法、综合法,研究顶岗实习岗位标准、实践人性化管理、建立科学的双向评价体系有利于提高学生顶岗实习质量,促进学生就业,为高职学生顶岗实习的可持续发展提供理论指导和模式借鉴。
Based on the research and practice,the subject of innovation and practice of the field work training of the electric majors of higher vocational colleges is effectively carried out.Improvement of students study quality has been made and samples are made for the sustainable development of the field work practice.
