高职教育要牢固树立以专业建设为核心的理念,创新人才培养模式,坚持"以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向"的职业教育办学方针,针对我院所在地理位置是国家重要的军工装备研发生产基地这一特点,构建以职业能力培养为主线的课程体系,把军工精神、军工标准、军工质量融入到人才培养之中,使"忠毅"品性、"严细"作风、"精优"质量为内容的军工文化,体现在学生的职业素质培养中。实践证明,机械设计与制造专业"军工特色"人才培养方案对军工企业具有重要和深远的意义。
