超声波辅助提取泥螺中的牛磺酸的工艺研究

Study on the Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction of Taurine Drug of Mud Snail

文章以确定超声波辅助作用结合醇溶提取泥螺中牛磺酸最佳工艺条件为目的,通过单因素选择及正交设计对提取工艺进行优化,得到牛磺酸提取的优选工艺条件为:以80%乙醇为溶剂,提取温度为60℃,提取30 min,超声波作用15 min,在此条件下牛磺酸得率6.79 mg/g。

The paper determined the optimum technics condition of extracting taurine from mud snail by ultrasound wave.Based on the single factor and orthogonal test the technology conditions were optimized.The optimum technology conditions were founded as follows： the concentration of ethanol was 80 %,temperature 60 ℃and operating time was 30 min,ultrasound wave was 15 min.The optimized extraction technique yielded 6.79 mg/g of mud snail.
