摘要
以双氧水和亚铁离子为氧化剂与改性粉煤灰处理马铃薯淀粉废水,考察了不同浓度双氧水的加入量、绿化亚铁加入量、pH、反应时间及粉煤灰的加入量对COD去除率的影响。结果表明:在反应条件为15%双氧水投加量15 mL/L,0.2 mol/L绿化亚铁加入量30 mL/L,改性粉煤灰的用量50 g/L,pH 5.0,反应时间45 min时,COD去除率可达94%。
The H2O2/Fe2+ oxidation process in combination with modified fly ash was used to treat the potato starch wastewater from starch industry wastewater.The results showed that optimum conditions such as optimum values of H2O2 and FeCl2 concentrations,pH,time and the adding quantity of modified fly ahs were determined.Optimum pH and time were observed as 5.0 and 45 min,respectively,and 15 mL/L 15 % of H2O2,30 mL/L 0.2 mol/L of FeCl2 and 50 g/L modified fly ash Under the optimum operational conditions,chemical oxygen demand(COD) achieved 94 %.
