Analysis of Application of the Third Stage Cyclone Separator in FCC Unit

文章介绍了目前催化裂化装置能量回收系统中第三级旋分分离器(简称三旋)发展状况和使用中存在的问题。同时重点介绍了针对这些存在问题而开发的新型BSX型三旋的主要结构特点,及在中海油惠州炼油催化装置中的运行使用状况。确认新型的BSX三旋是国内三旋技术的革新,具有操作弹性大,效率高,结构简单,抗返混能力强,安装检修方便等较多优点,使用前景广阔。

The development and problems existing in the application of the third stage cyclone separator in FCC unit energy recovery system were introduced.To address these problems,a new type of the third stage cyclone separator（BSX） was developed and its main structural characteristics were highlighted as well as its application in the FCC unit in CNOOC＇s Huizhou Refinery.The third stage cyclone separator of BSX type was confirmed as an innovation on domestic technology about the third stage cyclone separator.The third stage cyclone separator of BSX type has advantages of flexible operation,high efficiency,simple structure,strong ability to anti-backmixing,convenient maintenance,and so on.Therefore,the third stage cyclone separator of BSX type has a wide application prospect.
