摘要
以工业级尿素和双氧水为原料,先探讨了不同稳定剂对产品稳定性的影响,选择磷酸二氢钾为稳定剂,再采用正交实验合成过氧化尿素(UP),研究了反应温度、反应时间、原料摩尔比、结晶温度、干燥温度对产品活性氧含量、收率和稳定性的影响。结果表明,合成过氧化尿素的最优工艺条件为:反应温度45℃;反应时间50 min;摩尔比n(双氧水)∶n(尿素)=1.1∶1;结晶温度为5℃;烘干温度为50℃,双氧水含量可达35%,收率可达69%,产品稳定度达97%以上,重现性良好。
The synthesis process of urea peroxide from industrial urea and hydrogen peroxide had been studied.The influence on stability of urea peroxide by different stabilizers was investigated and potassium dihydrogen phosphate was selected.Some factors which affected the content of active oxygen,yield of urea peroxide and its stability were researched by means of orthogonal experiments,included reaction temperature,reaction time,ratio of hydrogen peroxide to urea,crystallozation temperature and drying temperature.Optimal conditions were obtained:the reaction temperature was 45℃,reaction time was 40 min,the molar ratio of hydrogen peroxide to urea was 1.1:1,crystallozation temperature was 5℃ and drying temperature was 50℃,content of active oxygen was 35%,yield of urea peroxide was 69% and its stability was up to 97%,which had good reproducibility.
