形成性评估对网络环境下大学英语教学的反拨作用

The Washback Effects of a Formative Assessment Model on College English Teaching under Network Environment

网络环境下的大学英语教学给学生提供了广阔的学习空间,也对传统的终结性评估模式提出了挑战。作者试图把形成性评估引入到网络环境下的大学英语教学中,并探讨其反拨作用。实验结果表明,形成性评估对网络环境下的大学英语教学有积极的反拨作用,有利于培养学生的自主学习能力、合作学习能力、元认知策略和利用学习资源的能力,对教师的角色转变也有积极的反拨作用。

College English Teaching under Network Environment provides the students with abundant learning resources,and challenges the traditional summative assessment model.A formative assessment model is designed for college English teaching under network environment and then its washback effects are discussed.Results of both quantitative and qualitative survey show that the formative assessment model proves to be effective in college English teaching under network environ-ment and in the change of teachers’ role in their teaching activities.The model can also help promote learners’ ability to study independently,cooperate,apply metacognitive strategy and use learning resources.
