摘要
通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、及数理统计等方法,对常州市高校体育课的准备活动形式进行了调查分析。找出目前常州市高校体育课教学中准备活动部分的不足,并提出科学合理性建议,进而为更好的完成体育教学任务服务。
In ways of documentary research,questionnaire survey and statistics analyze method,it deeply analyses the emergence and development,the current situation of the warming-up in physical education in the university of Changzhou city.It finds out the shortage in order to accomplish the teaching task then propose the reasonable advices.
