Analyzing the Remanufacturing Process and the Course Teaching of Non-traditional Machining

分析了零部件再制造工艺方法与特点,对"特种加工"课程的教学内容和教学方式进行改革与创新。突出采用特种加工的方法对零部件进行再制造工艺的教学,强化了学生低碳经济与可持续发展意识,提高了学生实践动手能力与创新思维能力。

Based on analyzing the methods and characteristics of parts＇ remanufacturing processes,the reform and innovation of the teaching contents and the teaching methods in non-traditional machining course is addressed.The non-traditional machining methods are put particular emphasis on the teaching of parts＇ remanufacture process.The students＇ consciousnesses of low-carbon economy and sustainable development are promoted,and the students＇ manipulative capacity and creative thinking ability are improved.
