摘要
随着中国对外开放进程的加快,法律英语翻译工作在社会生活中扮演越来越重要的角色,其研究也越来越必要。本文从分析法律英语特征中提出了法律英语翻译的标准,并结合法律词汇的特点,通过几个例子来进一步加深对法律英语翻译的认识。
With acceleration of the Chinese opening up and reform policy,legal English translation has been acting as an even more and more important role in the social life and its research has turned to be more and more necessary.This paper tries to analyze the characteristics of legal English vocabulary,and brings up translation principles of faithfulness,smoothness,elegance.Moreover,this paper tries to deepen our understanding towards legal English translation through some examples.
