摘要
深入剖析了影响西部民族地区群众阅读的障碍成因,针对西部民族地区阅读过程中出现的一系列问题,提出了促进西部民族地区全民阅读的策略方法。
Through the thorough analysis of the obscuration causes effecting mass reading in the minority-inhabited western regions,suggestions for promoting reading effects of the minority-inhabited western regions were proposed in this paper.
