摘要
基于胜任力理论,运用行为事件访谈法和统计分析技术,提取了现代图书馆员取得优秀绩效所需具备的胜任力要素,并根据分类对胜任力要素进行了分析。
On the basis of the competency concepts,by the interview and statistics analysis technology,the competency elements of current librarian for excellent achievements were summarized,and then analyzed based on the classification.
